Electrically conductive adhesives are loaded with conductive metal particals which means they are normally two part
materials with some exceptions.
They can be supplied as two separate parts requiring mixing or pre mixed and frozen.
These materials are widely used for die attach and SMD bonding, contacting RFID antennas and EMI/RF shielding.
Thermally conductive materials can be either single or two part and can be electrically insulating.Applications include heat sinks, potting and sealing applications in the semiconductor, medical, sensor and microelectronics.
The range of Optical adhesives can be single or two part or UV curing.
